An Island For Sale!

I was browsing through a property website where some New Zealand properties were listed and I came across this. A private exclusive island for sale, if you have a filthy amount of money and if you are not afraid of blowing it on something huge this is it...Pakatoa Island ladies and gentlemen, what is the cost? Hmmm 40 million.
You probably need to hire about 10 security guards, 10 gardeners, 10 housekeepers to tend the place, it's just too big...
So if New Zealand ever fused with Singapore in some freak event, and some how one of the Wesley Methodist Church members bought this exclusive island, we could hold YM Camp on it! Although Singapore Sports School is good enough of course :P
