Bad Customer Service!

There is one thing I am absolutely caught up about being in New Zealand. The weather is perfect, the scenery is breathtaking, the air is so fresh and life is so good. But there's one thing, just one little thing that is cheesing me off.
New Zealand's telecommunications infrastructure simply sucks, it is only slightly better than Singapore when it was 5 years ago, NZ is really behind with the technology and the communications networking and the government better put in some real cash to finance its development. On top of that, the technicians have been going on strike for sometime. One of the telecommunications boxes in my neighbourhood broke down cutting off internet access for my entire home leaving me totally deprived! Vodafone thus gave me a 56k line to use while waiting for the issue to be fixed. The problem is, 56k is really really slow! Vodafone isn't even giving me a time frame on when it would be fixed!
Being an angry customer, I called many times to their call-centre asking for a time frame, only to have replies such as, "I am sorry Sir but we are unable to commit to any time frame for the moment." I think I called so many times that the manager said, "Look, if you keep calling back, this is the only answer you will get until we find a solution!" But the thing that they have to understand is, I have waited for 4 long days and nothing has been happening! I have been a reasonable customer by waiting and being patient, but there is an end to my patience.
I really hope I get my fast internet back or I won't be happy RAWR!

in the last analysis, the fact that I know God,

the fact that He knows me.
